I have shopped for 3 vehicles this year. I walked into Polar Mazda expecting the same hassles that I had with all 4 dealers I'd already visited. What a great surprise! This was without a doubt the easies Polar Mazda expecting the same hassles that I had with all 4 dealers I'd already visited. What a great surprise! This was without a doubt the easiest and least stressful experience I've every had. Colin was very straightforward & everything he told us was EXACTLY how the deal went. The paperwork was done in about 15 minutes, car was readied & we were on our way. There was also some minor chipping of paint on the vehicle, which was pointed out before we left with the car. The service department handled everything very professionally, & the new paint on the car is perfect. Considering that I dealt with 4 other dealers around the same time, and every single other one was a HUGE ordeal- I would absolutely recommend Polar Mazda to anyone! I know we'll be going there for our next vehicle. More
This dealership lives in the dark ages of customer service. Unfortunately we both drug each other through the dirt and wasted a whole lot of each other's time. We found ourselves in a confused ordeal service. Unfortunately we both drug each other through the dirt and wasted a whole lot of each other's time. We found ourselves in a confused ordeal where I purchased a car at the very bottom of their pricing spectrum that, for whatever reason, had a faulty & dangerous repair done by their service department. It could be a way to maximize their margins. It could just have been amateur or sloppy without account, (unfortunately I made the mistake of not making sure Vroom held onto the parts as evidence to sue these…). Amongst the ordeal there was an instance of ownership and accountability and good customer service because of a person named Laura who answered one of my many phone calls in trying to sort out all of the disappointments this place caused. The sales people seemed very likeable at first but ignored me when my car fell apart. Eventually after sharing my experience with the internet I was given a full refund plus a small amount of ‘goodwill’ that was sloppy and handed over grudgingly. This was all a nightmare an a huge hassle. Insurance underwriters should maybe take note that they provide dangerous vehicles I think. More
