They don't give up until the problem is solved. I had a problem with the navigation system and other setting jumping around with no input. On the first visit they updated the software. When I brough I had a problem with the navigation system and other setting jumping around with no input. On the first visit they updated the software. When I brought it back because it still had problems, they discovered that there was a new version of the software after my first visit. This solved the problems. No extra charge for the second update. This is the first time in four years that it took more than one visit to correct a problem and was not Walzer's problem. They stuck with me until it was resolved. I will be back again! More

Quick and efficient I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my cx-9 and they were able to turn it around quickly and efficiently. Plus they took care of a bulle I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my cx-9 and they were able to turn it around quickly and efficiently. Plus they took care of a bulletin out from Mazda which was a spring in the rear suspension while it was with them. They were able to answer all of the questions that I had as well. This new dealership that walser built is top notch. I won’t need to go anywhere else. More
Okay, overall Overall, I was ok with how the trade in and buying process went, there were just a few hiccups along the way that could've been avoided. We showed up to test drive a car and have my lease car looked at to appraise. The car wasn't waiting and they didn't look at the lease car right away either. Even though I'd made an appointment prior. They did not have full knowledge of how the ignition system worked and wrongfully told me that I would have to come back to get a new key. They also data entered my address in wrong so I had to drive back to the dealership to "get a new key" and re-sign all the paperwork two days later. We were there for 3.5 hours. I set up an appointment for two days later and the staff I set up the appt with wasn't there and didn't have the paperwork ready for me to sign. Turns out I didn't need a new key they just didn't know how to operate it. Ethan showed me how to operate it and got everything straightened out with the paperwork as well. More
