I went to a few different Mazda dealers and ultimately decided to purchase here because I appreciated the laid back attitude of people. While I was informed of my options it was done in a way that made me decided to purchase here because I appreciated the laid back attitude of people. While I was informed of my options it was done in a way that made me feel at ease and as if I would not be judged for my decisions. My only complaint is that I had to come back to the dealership a few days later because apparently not all of my documents that I signed went through which was a frustrating trip to make back and forth. But overall I had a wonderful experience. More

Our experience at Walser Polar Mazda in White Bear Lake was amazing. As busy as our lives are I had an idea of what we were looking for but living one and a half hours away. I called and Rebecca answered t was amazing. As busy as our lives are I had an idea of what we were looking for but living one and a half hours away. I called and Rebecca answered the phone. We told her what style, size, and needs were, and within thirty minutes we had an email showing ten vehicles. We narrowed it down to three and our number one pic she brought to White Bear Lake. We purchased that vehicle and have no complaints at all . We will highly recommend this dealership. More
