I was grateful for James' attentiveness and effort to solve the problem. I had a high pitched noise coming from the rear of my CX-9 and James tried several approaches to solving the problem. An additional problem is that when I brought the vehicle in, the noise stopped. He and the mechanics tried multiple times to replicate the noise. In the end, the problem was solved. I appreciate his desire to solve the problem and not give up on it. I also appreciate the loaner while my car was in the shop. More
