Johannah, personally, looked at the CX5 to be sure it had what was stated on the website, but also looked it over for scratches etc, as we were purchasing sight unseen. She offered to deliver it to Burnsville Mazda if we chose or we could pick it up from Polar Mazda. I had looked on-line and found 2 2016 CX5's to test drive at Walser Burnsville. We drove 50 miles expecting to drive way with our "new" car. We arrived with our own financing in order.The CX 5"s we were looking at, were supposed to have LED lights, moonroof & power liftgate. They had none of them. I told the sales person it felt like a "bait & switch" was going on. It may not have been intentional, but Walser Burnsville advertised 2 vehicles with options, that they did not have. We sat in the sales area from 10 am until 5 pm, trying to decide if we could look past the bait & switch. We asked if we could get a discount or tow hitch (for bike rack) for their deception, we were told no. Prices are what they are, no discounts allowed. They told us we would have to get a 2017 for the features I wanted, we didn't want to spend that much. We finally decided to purchase the CX5 we had test drove, despite it having none of the main features I wanted. The next morning, I still could not get past the bait & switch and lack of customer service or offer of compensation, not even a free oil change. Nothing. I went back on-line and found a 2016 CX5 at Polar Mazda. I called them & explained to Johannah that I was unhappy with the current vehicle we had just purchased and really unhappy with the service. She had the 2016 CX5 delivered to Burnsville Mazda that afternoon. It had LED lights & moonroof and was a few dollars cheaper. We switched the vehicles without hassle or awkwardness. Thank you Johannah at Polar Mazda!! More

above and beyond I went in for a diagnostic test on my cx5. Turns out is wasn’t a good thing but I had extended warranty and it was fixed all the guys I dealt with we I went in for a diagnostic test on my cx5. Good deal, good service I got a good value for my trade, sales environment was low pressure and Jim took the time to answer all of my questions.
