Honest guys and straight shooters. I have not bought a car from Polar Mazda, but I have brought my Mazda vehicles there for over 10 years. The best thing about a repair place is when they are honest about what needs to be done without upselling unnecessary repairs. These guys are the best about telling you what needs fixing and what can wait. I trust them when they tell me what's going on with my car, and that is the highest praise. They are good with loaners too when necessary, although their new showroom is a nice place to wait while repairs are being done. More

Top Notch Experience From start to finish I had a great experience at Walser Polar Mazda. Ethan Hampshire greeted me right as I walked in the door, understood my needs and From start to finish I had a great experience at Walser Polar Mazda. Ethan Hampshire greeted me right as I walked in the door, understood my needs and quickly got a 2018 CX-5 for me to test drive. The test drive route was strategic as he took me through different scenarios to really feel how the car drives (long turns, stop lights, highway and uneven terrain). When I returned later with my husband to actually make the deal, he was helping another couple but made sure we were given his attention as well. Ethan is good at his job and knows what he is doing. He is a valuable asset to the Walser Polar Mazda team, and I hope leadership recognizes that. He goes above and beyond. He took the time to walk us through the lease process and even stayed late to show me all the other features he didn’t get a chance to show me on the test drive. I don’t think I would have come back or even left the lot with a new car if it wasn’t for him. I’m already in love with my new car. Thank you Walser Polar and Ethan. More
