Whether test-driving the new CX-5, negotiating my trade-in, or coming to a final agreement, Customer Specialist Jim Nekola and General Manager Bret Juedes were helpful, informative and positively princely. It didn’t hurt that I had the opposite experience just down the highway at the Honda and Toyota dealerships. We purchase a new Mazda MX5 on September 15th 2020. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. This dealership was spotless insde and outside building. I really hadn't been much of a Mazda person, but after test driving a Mazda 6, I won't lie it made me switch back to a mid size sedan. Very nice and wonderful people to deal with. Since we live in Nebraska they had to send the necessary paperwork to Lincoln. When we attempted to license the vehicle Nebraska insisted we had to have the title. I contacted Bret Juedes who contacted Samantha Moore. She checked with Lincoln DMV and found the person who had the title and check. For privacy reasons the title and payment was mailed to the Nebraska DMV. Samanthe sent copies of the required information via overnight FedEx and spoke with the person at DMV who had the required information. Thanks to Samantha's knowledge and persistence the problem was taken care of quickly. If I was still in business I would try to hire her. More

Great customer experience James helped me to stay informed while I waited for my vehicle service. When there was more work uncovered to be done he provided me with multiple opt James helped me to stay informed while I waited for my vehicle service. When there was more work uncovered to be done he provided me with multiple options and didn't pressure me in any way. When a loaner car became available, even though I made an appointment without one requested, he had it ready for me in minutes. He made it really easy to communicate pick up time and was flexible and kind when I needed to extend by a day. The loaner was a great vehicle, very clean and was filled with gas. My car's service was handled with care and is working great after having my rear brake pads and rotors replaced and my rear suspension fixed up after a long hard Minnesota winter! More

Very good but for the detailing Sales rep was helpful and accommodating. The detailing on the interior could have been better. I found some trash under a seat. The glass on top o Sales rep was helpful and accommodating. The detailing on the interior could have been better. I found some trash under a seat. The glass on top of the HUD was smeared, probably with Armor-all and it made the display blurry. I didn't like the Armor-all on the floor mats as now my shoes are slippery. There is sand in the carpet of the spare tire cover. More
