While there I explained to salesman, Ken, how disappointed I was that my new car did not have the blind spot safety feature on the side view mirrors. It seems obvious to me that important safety features should not be a choice but included on every model. Ken was generous and creative in offering me his time to offer solutions. I discovered the lighted car outline on the side mirror when I used a loaner last year, thinking at the time that it was a good reason to buy a new car.
