Women treated differently?? I drove in because of a tire sensor indicating I had a tire that was losing air. Jeff took a flashlight to the tire and had somekne move the vehicle s I drove in because of a tire sensor indicating I had a tire that was losing air. Jeff took a flashlight to the tire and had somekne move the vehicle so he could see if there was anything in the tire. He couldn't find anything and told me sometimes tires lose air. I had to go to a meeting but asked if I could come back around 4:30 to have the tire inspected. He made it seem like there wouldn't be any issues and tires lose air. I told him I had a lot coming up over the weekend and didn't want to deal with a flat tire. He reluctantly scheduled me to come back. I left after someone topped off my tire and came back at 4:30. I talked to Clint initially who said that Walser location couldn't do warranty work on a GMC. I'm not sure where work came into it where I was thinking puncture or broken or bent rim. I thought Jeff must have told him a crazy woman was coming back to have a tire that didn't have any problems was coming back. Clint didn't seem all that happy to deal with me but put in my service request. An hour later, Jeff came to get me and said he was totally surprised because there was a hole in my tire but there wasn't anything stuck in the tire. When he was processing my transaction, he told me I would probably be getting a survey and I could mark him down as excellent. I'm not sure how he thinks I'm so dumb as to think my experience with him or Clint was excellent when it started out a complete s#!@ show coming from him. Also, when I initially came in and when I came back, both Jeff and Clint told me the nitrogen wasn't working to put in my tire and neither knew when it woupd be fixed. I talked to someone I know today who knows another service advisor at the same shop who said the nitrogen was working fine yesterday. Usually a service dept at a dealership treats everyone with the utmost respect no matter they be a man or a woman as that person could bring a lot of business to the dealership through maintenance, sales, word of mouth, etc. If I didn't have an inside connection who I will only deal with from now on, I would not go to any Walser dealership as I would assume this is the philosophy of all Walser dealerships. More

Excellent Customer Service Chad and Clint were awesome at getting me checked in quick. Unfortunately, right now I can't afford to get the work done, but I will hopefully get it fixed later this summer or early fall before the next winter. The mechanics did a superb job in spotting 3 separate AT/oil cooler lines that are leaking during their multi-point inspection. Chad took the time to call and check if my warranty covered the replacement of these hoses and called me back today with a quick and thorough answer and we scheduled a return time for my car to be fully repaired. The excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. More
