Nobody ever called me about my vehicle. I had an appointment for Friday afternoon and I dropped it off early. They looked at it Thursday and I got the video report. Friday I heard no update I had an appointment for Friday afternoon and I dropped it off early. They looked at it Thursday and I got the video report. Friday I heard no updates on my car. Saturday I had to call in the afternoon to figure out what was going on with my car as I still had not heard anything. I was then told that the service representative didn’t have time to talk to me about my car as he was “too busy” to have a conversation with a customer about their car and that I should hear soemthing by Monday. Monday again nobody reached out to me and I had to call again to get information about my vehicle and they told me that it wouldn’t be done until Tuesday. Tuesday I received the video report that my car was done at 10am but they would reach out when I could pick it up. I waited until 2pm and heard absolutely nothing again so I called. They told me it was just now 4 hours later getting a road test and I could pick it up at 3. The service was uncommunicative which is ridiculous when they had my car for 6 days, any information or update on my car I had to call to receive myself as I never heard from anyone. More
