Stopped in because car broke down 2. 5 hours away. Local mechanic got it running again so I brought it to Chevy to look over because something is still wrong. Because no codes came up the 5 hours away. Local mechanic got it running again so I brought it to Chevy to look over because something is still wrong. Because no codes came up the tech said just wait for something to happen and then bring it back. I find that response unacceptable. I have found another mechanic in town who will look it over and fix as needed. More
I am not happy that the repair took a long time and then when we finally got it back, the AC was not working like it was when we brought it in there, so we had to bring it back again to have this fixed. Also, when I originally scheduled the appointment they scheduled me for the factory air bag recall that the vehicle has out on it. This was based on the scheduler’s recommendation. Well I later found out that the vehicle is not within the batch of current recall work that is being done on Buick Enclaves. Better customer service/scheduling training needs to be done as the customer service representative had to put me on hold several times. One should be able to call, make an appointment and be done and not have to be on the phone for 15 minutes. Hire more help and provide better training. Maybe change the call center to be at the dealership as the customer service representatives are not at the dealership where you are calling. More
