Dropped my truck off to get oil change and a tail gate warranty took a day and a half and I had a appointment they told me about 3 hours then they rotated my tires didn't adjust the air pressure or reset warranty took a day and a half and I had a appointment they told me about 3 hours then they rotated my tires didn't adjust the air pressure or reset the tires so the read the right air pressure trucks still that way now I put the right air pressure in them ask for a free oil change and they blew me off.i paid over $80,000 for this truck from you guys probably go somewhere else next time thanks. I had a phenomenal sales rep, Steven Kleitz, whom helped me. I came in from 4 1/2 hours away and had an appointment. In the meantime, another customer had come in earlier than expected but they respected my me. I came in from 4 1/2 hours away and had an appointment. In the meantime, another customer had come in earlier than expected but they respected my scheduled appointment, in which I had first choice and resulted in me making the decision to buy. I had to fly back in to pick up the vehicle, and the actual sales manager picked me up at the airport. They treat out of town customers as if they lived right up the road! Nice. More
