I’m a first time customer purchasing a Chevy and this has been my worst purchase experience in my life and I’m 51 years old. The customer service from the service department has not been adequate and they ha been my worst purchase experience in my life and I’m 51 years old. The customer service from the service department has not been adequate and they haven’t returned phone calls when I was stranded 250 miles away with a car that I purchased only two weeks prior. This is the same car that was in the service department the first week that I bought my car and then again the second week after I bought my car it was in service in North Dakota. As a result of this, I had to pay $350 to rent a car to get back home to Wisconsin and then drive back to North Dakota after the repair was done , Walser Service department never contacted me and did not offer any assistance or accommodations. I called the service department, the sales manager, and asked for the GM to return my call. That was probably after 10 or 11 phone calls to this dealership in the same morning. More
This is the first time I have purchased a Chevy vehicle. I am 51 years old and I’ve never been treated which such lack of regard for customer service. The first week that I owned my Chevy equinox it was in service to replace a sensor. The second week I owned my equinox, the Knox sensor went bad and I was 250 miles away from home. Despite my repeated phone calls and voicemails, I never received a call back from anyone in service, nor the sales manager, nor the GM. I requested to speak to all of these people , no one called back. I was left stranded away from home so I had to rent a car for five days to get back home and then drive back to North Dakota after my vehicle was repaired at a dealership. There was no accommodation, no empathy, no apologies from the dealership. More

Only have problems with service manager Brought truck in because the bumper was crooked. Was first told that it wasn’t but then was told that I need an appointment to straighten it out. When I got there he said it could not be fixed in there service department and told me to go somewhere else . It is not a difficult repair so I find it hard to believe they don’t have a set of wrenches in the shop. Lost work and I will fix the brand new 65000 dollar truck on my own. More
