Worst sales rep and team. Said they could take my trade in but I didn't have the title. I told them upfront. I was already pre qualified for my car loan still took 5 hours to buy a car, ridiculous. I had to ask them to fill the tank not a great way to buy a car as it has no gas in it to begin with. The sales guy washed the car and there was scratches on it after i test drove the vehicle and wanted to buy it. Not a great way to having a new car experience. Place is a joke. Than he called me on Monday saying I owe them 100 dollars and he forgot to have me sign a piece of paper. I went to the DMV and got a duplicate for 22.50. Had to go back to the dealership and drop it off and sign paperwork. Still waiting on my 25 dollar visa gift card. I Wouldn't recommend. Sad part is I know people that bought there vehicles from here and thought I would have a great experience. Buyer beware. More
