Poor communication/performance when I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change. Took over 2 1/2 hours even with an appointment and knew I was waiting. I have usually had a positive experience with servi in for routine oil change. Took over 2 1/2 hours even with an appointment and knew I was waiting. I have usually had a positive experience with service department but this left a bad taste and am questioning whether to continue regular maintenance at the dealership. I went in with the idea of pricing a new set of tires but, didn’t after this experience. I was already late for another appointment. More

Bought my car on Thursday from javan. Contacted dealership on Friday. with pictures. Told to bring back Saturday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Heard NOTHING about a time. Talkative Danny Contacted dealership on Friday. with pictures. Told to bring back Saturday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Heard NOTHING about a time. Talkative Danny the sales manager on Wednesday. Heard from him on Monday said he’d call me Tuesday. NEVER heard from him. I contacted him on Thursday. I still don’t know what’s going on. The worst, I was never told I had 3 days to bring it back!! The dealership is dishonest!!! Javan went to Bloomington to get the car. He HAD to have seen the lights!!! Went to the dealership for security if buying a used car. What a joke!! More
