Mindy is pleasant, and although a new employee at Polar, does her homework to answer questions factually. Even though Polar does not currently have any SUV hybrids, knowing that I was interested in test-dri does her homework to answer questions factually. We worked with Zach at this dealership on a new Mazda CX9. He was AWESOME! After dealing with the slimey side of car dealers all day including the Mazda dealer in Burnsville (don't go there!). We called Polar Chev/Mazda and got in touch with Zach Hanson. We drove 45 minutes out of our way to go and talk to him, we got a fair price for our trade (another CX 9)and got the same price offered at all the other dealers from Zach. The difference was he seemed to actually care that we got a fair price for our trade and was actually trying to help us. The bottom line is; we drove far out of our way just to deal with someone that was honest and was interested in the fact that we got the car we wanted and was willing to work with us on price and options. All was handled well and we drove home in a new CX 9. I highly recommend Polar Chevrolet Mazda and we were very impressed the Zach. I definately recommend this dealership and will most likely at least give them a chance to sell me a car the next time I'm in the market for one. More

My experience was good overall. The only problem I had was initially getting someone over the phone.
