We had to jump through a million hoops with GM Financial...we were told we were approved, given the new vehicle, they took ours as a trade-in and they kept asking for more info stating that things could not be submitted to get the new plates. That wasn’t everything, but I think you get the idea! No apologies or anything to help make up for the MANY inconveniences! More
