Left the Oil Cap Off, did not rotate tires as ordered. I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latchi I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latching system. Oil was sprayed all over my engine. One of my tires read 42 pounds. Tires were not rotated. The hubcaps were incorrectly fastened to my tires so that the valve stems were jammed underneath and breaking off on 3 of the tires. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Polar chevrolet worst dealership I found a vehicle on polar chevrolets website for a good price. I call about purchasing the vehicle. They tell me GM employee pricing is ending the ne I found a vehicle on polar chevrolets website for a good price. I call about purchasing the vehicle. They tell me GM employee pricing is ending the next day and they immediately switch the price on their website. I tell them thats ok I am eligible for GM employee pricing. I call them on Monday and inquired on what my GM employee pricing would be. They tell me the truck is being sold that day. They made it all but impossible to buy the truck. I WOULD NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AT THIS POINT. I FEEL THEY BAITED AND SWITCHED ON ME. FALSE ADVERTISING. They are very unethical and shady tatics. More

Easy transaction I ended up buying my vehicle from Polar. I found the best vehicle in the area(I looked at many around the whole area that day). Above and beyond customer service We found our truck online and my wife contacted Polar Chevrolet for more info. She was 'assigned' Shelley Karas as her salesperson to talk to. Shelly We found our truck online and my wife contacted Polar Chevrolet for more info. She was 'assigned' Shelley Karas as her salesperson to talk to. Shelly went way above and beyond to deal with my wife on the phone through both text messages and phone calls. She even worked with us on her 'day off' from work! I was very impressed at her genuine concern with making sure we got what we were looking for, and that we were treated fairly. We are very, VERY happy with our 'new' 2011 Chevrolet HD2500. The deal was mostly made on the phone "sight unseen" and we had to trust her that she was being truthful and honest with us. We can't be any happier with our new truck. Highly recommended!! More

Mazda service side of house is bad 1. 3 trips to this dealership to have firmware on head unit updated- hiccups in bluetooth playback, all resulted in firmware not being updated, yet se 1. 3 trips to this dealership to have firmware on head unit updated- hiccups in bluetooth playback, all resulted in firmware not being updated, yet service rep says, "we got it this time". 2. Service rep at counter made 'me' to be the pita for troubling them for such a non-vehicle matter... "that kind of electronics doesn't belong in a car anyway". 3. Unable to 'have' a normal conversation w/ service rep at counter because entire lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke, intense coming directly from rep's mouth... disgusting. 4. 360 inspection of car during oil change passed w/ flying colors, on the way home- all screws holding front ground spoiler "fell out" and spoiler sanded down from pavement driving that way. 5. Previous oil change, individual that returns car to pickup area drove car aggressively enough to toss 2 heavy tool bags around in trunk, completely emptying out both bags, tools and supplies strewn all over. I'll add a star for having coffee in the break room. More
