Walser Polar Chevrolet Takes Care of Long-Term Customers I have been seeing Clint, my service rep, quite regularly regarding my aging Monte Carlo. Just days after I had my battery replaced, my car died late I have been seeing Clint, my service rep, quite regularly regarding my aging Monte Carlo. Just days after I had my battery replaced, my car died late at night on the other end of the Twin Cities. I was in a predicament. I had the keys with me at home and the car needed to be towed back to Walser Polar from 25 miles away. They told me who to call and someone from their dealership picked up my keys. Turned out I had the misfortune of getting a faulty battery. They know that when I am without my car, I have very limited options due to my disability. They took care of everything within the day, and returned my car to me at my home. They made what could have been a huge ordeal NOT such a big deal and I appreciate that. More
