I did my homework ahead of time and let them know that I was a fussy customer about my vehicles. Upon arrival I could not have been more happy. The corvette more than exceeded my expectations, as was the service and detailing done with all records prepared. I met the general manager Jim who was an incredible person. I then met my salesman Aaron who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like a Polar Chevrolet family member. I noticed a small problem with the door and it was taken care of immediately. I could not be happier with my purchase, price and new found dealership for all my future vehicle purchases. I will gladly travel the 300 miles to Polar Chevrolet and purchase all my vehicles from Aaron. Highly Highly recommend this dealership. More

Extraordinaire oil change service During my oil change service, the mechanics discovered a mouse nest in one of the cabin filters. Shaun actually got some cleaner and cloth rags to clean some of the dirty spots. Then the service department put mud flaps on and didn't tighten the screws! Shaun had to bring it back to get redone? Other then those two issues I was extremely happy. More

Long story short, all four Pistons needed to be replaced. Jeff sent me on my way with a rental car and proceeded to arrange for my car to be fixed. He kept me informed through the whole process it was a great help in explaining the process impossible reasons why this happened. More
