Not a happy camper I am not a happy camper right now. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and got just that. However, is it not customary for the tech's to t I am not a happy camper right now. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and got just that. However, is it not customary for the tech's to top off my fluids? Well they were not AND my tire rotation was a joke, aren't they supposed to fill all of my tires with the same amount of air? That didn't happen either. Just wondering what went wrong. Very poor service. Therefore, I am not a happy camper. More
Waste of time Body side moulding came off my new 2018 Silverado. After sitting at dealer for 1 and a half hrs. They said all ready its fixed. Got home And mouldin Body side moulding came off my new 2018 Silverado. After sitting at dealer for 1 and a half hrs. They said all ready its fixed. Got home And moulding was half way off. They did not replace it must of tried glueing it. Well that didnt work. Now i need to go there again on monday and waste more time. Should of ordered the part the first time and did it right. Not just quick fix to get me out the door. More

Incompetent service They overfilled my oil two services in a row by about a quart. This is overfilled by a lot for a small displacement engine (1.4 liter). When I point They overfilled my oil two services in a row by about a quart. This is overfilled by a lot for a small displacement engine (1.4 liter). When I pointed out that the oil was overfilled jeff the service writer incorrectly showed me a dot on the dipstick that he said indicated full. The oil was above the dot, and the dot is way above the full “hash marks” that the owners manual sites as the full indicator hash marks. The manual says anything above the hash marks can permanently damage your engine. So you have an incompetent service writer, or a complete lier. And then to have the dealership overfill the oil a second time in a row after I point out the mistake the first time is enough for me to never go there again. Someone should teach jeff how to check the oil correctly, and teach the maintenance tech to put in the correct amount of oil. Unacceptable service for a Chevy dealership. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Jeff also tried to get me to pay an extra diagnostic cost that was completely not needed. He gave me the line that he was going to hook up the scanner to troubleshoot the problem. I questioned why since there was no check engine light. Trying to jack up the price for providing no service or value. He would have come back and explained that they didn’t find anything. No, really? Ridiculous. Total turn off. I know more about cars than this guy who deals with cars every day. More
Oil change and water pump replace Went in for an oil change and to check on a leak. Found out it was a bad water pump.
