3 Hour sales Process I went into the dealership pretty much knowing what specific car I wanted to purchase. I was greeted right away by a friendly sales associate and we w I went into the dealership pretty much knowing what specific car I wanted to purchase. I was greeted right away by a friendly sales associate and we were inside the car test driving it within a fairly short period of time. However, after the test drive, began an almost three hour process to complete the sale. I'm not sure why the process took so long. My sales associate was new, but he seemed to also be waiting for others involved in the process to complete their jobs. What seemed to take the longest was the assessment of my trade-in value, (which could have been started while we were out test driving), as well as running my credit check (not sure why because I did not need a loan to purchase the car). Additionally, there was a computer based forms process that required my electronic signature that also seemed very cumbersome. Lastly, after it was clear that I was going to purchase the car, and while we were waiting for some of these other processes to be completed, there was no effort to get the car ready for me to drive off the lot i.e taking off the dealer stickers, washing it, making sure the interior was clean, filling up the gas tank... These things only took place after I inquired about them and only further delayed my leaving the lot. In fact I left before a full detailing of the car could be completed as I was told it would take another 30-45 minutes. I did express my concerns to Philip Coste who was the Team Lead that day, he apologized and indicated that they delay was primarily due to the sales associate being new. I'm sure some of it was, but as I stated, the sales associate also seemed to be waiting for others to complete their parts of the process as well. As the Team Lead it would have been more appropriate for him to take responsibility and to ask me how he could remedy the problem. As for the car itself, I am pleased with the vehicle and hope to enjoy driving it for a long while. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about my experience at Walser Polar Chevrolet and at this time would find it difficult to call myself a repeat customer. Respectfully, Fred Bryan More

New tires, accessory belt, oil change, alignment Clint did a great job getting organized and having the work done in a day. I have spent almost 1800 dollars in maintenance in the last month and it would be nice to be recognized as a loyal customer. More
