Our buying experience took entirely too long. Our sales person was jumping around from customer to customer. We were sent home (200 miles) with a tire that was leaking air, which we had to have fixed ourselves. She was nice enough to offer a full tank of gas, but we had to remind her before we left. More

Sales guy was great. Took extremely too long for the process. 128 point inspection was meh at best considering every ball joint on the truck was completely dry. Shocks were dead as a door nail but I expected that so not their fault. The fuel filter was filthy dirty and needed to be changed. Service department 100% are not doing their jobs. More
The Silverado EV RST was listed as new with no mention that it was a courtesy car with 2900 miles on it. The truck was very dirty, the tonneau was extremely dirty and was off the front mountings, I had to that it was a courtesy car with 2900 miles on it. The truck was very dirty, the tonneau was extremely dirty and was off the front mountings, I had to fix it when I got home. The truck was supposed to be detailed and all they did wash it. The trim piece on the roof was missing on the passenger side and the one on the driver’s side was loose. Even though I leased it for 3 years and 30,000 miles, the sales person said I could only put 27,100 miles on it, I’m still not sure if that is correct or not. They said they could not mount the front license plate, because they had to order the mount, but when I got home the license plate mount was in the front storage area. I had to bring it back so the license plate mount could be installed and the roof pieces could be ordered. The salesperson did call and said they would like to detail it, I sure hope that when I bring it in to have the roof trim installed, it can be detailed at the same visit. I do expect Walser to provide me with a a loaner car. More
