I had some scratches on the rear bumper cover, and asked her to show them to the body shop to see what needed to be done. She had them simply buff them out quickly, no charge. She was able to get me a great deal on the price of the service and she even covered the cost of the rental vehicle. I could not have asked for better customer service. The only slight disappointment I had with the overall experience was that my car had not been washed when I picked it up. Not a huge deal, but I was under the assumption that it would be since they list Complimentary Car Wash on their service menu under every service. More
