Brought our Rogue in for an oil change and inspection. Adam was our service advisor and he was great - he greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave a thorough explanation of the work being done. Lack of communication by staff was very disappointing. I had to call and email several times to get updates. Services I asked for were not completed such as the oil change and tire rotation. My 2022 Murano was towed in because it wouldn’t start and was under warranty. But they weren’t able to tell me what the issue was even though they had the car 5 days to complete a diagnostic. Left empty handed with no oil change, tire rotation or diagnostic. More
