The gal in the service department Lori Liberty, was very caring and is a people's person to work with, communication and listening to your needs and concerns. She went up and beyond to make sure the custom caring and is a people's person to work with, communication and listening to your needs and concerns. She went up and beyond to make sure the customer was taken care of and treated with care and respect. She deserves to be complimented and showed that she is appreciated. The only thing that I would like to express is that you trust that the service dept. mechanics are doing the best job and performance that the job was done complete as required. I had 2 different fluids flushed and was charged for time /labor but was not exactly the full time used to complete the job. So, I feel that I was overcharged for something that was performed at the same time length as one. Couple of the ?s really can't answer because didn't see that work being done, I assume it was done with dignity and best performance and quality.
