I have had nothing but problems. The dealership has left my car a mess on numerous occasions, they have damaged personal items and not done anything about it. The air filter was changed and the vents blown out but all the dust, dirt, and debris was left on the floor of the car. After the heater box was replaced, I not only found a pair of sun glasses wrecked, but there were greasy prints left all over the inside of my car including the steering wheel, the windshield, the drive selector and the windows, the car was returned to me with the heat not working and I had to bring it back so they could get my heat working again, I also noticed that the plastic casings over the drive selector letters are all scratched up like they were slid across a floor. Sure, they “made it right” on some of the issues, but it wasn’t all of them and it required me having to bring the car back in and wait for it, or drive another rental car. They should have just done it right the first time! I have had issues with the car since I bought it, it has been in the shop more times in 2 years than my old car was in the 12 years I owned it and now it has been decided that despite purchasing an extended warranty when I bought the car and still being within the standard warranty, they are now being instructed to no longer perform warranty work on the warranty issues I've been dealing with for two years. (Nissan Consumer Affairs was just as useless in helping me resolve these issues.) The drivers side window malfunctions every 2-3 months, the doors lock on their own, and there is a horrible smell coming from the A/C. I was just informed by Nissan that they can't figure out a reason or a solution so these will be considered "normal operations" of the vehicle. Also, when I purchased the car, they came down on their price to match what another dealership was going to give me through a vehicle buying program, on the day of signing papers, they informed me that they really "lost money" on my deal. My first impression was wonderful. I was able to look through the entire lot without being hounded and asked a million questions. I am extremely particular about the size of the car I am looking for and also the interior comfort. Josh greeted me with a smile when I walked into the dealership and let me explain to him what I was looking for versus directing me blindly. We did take a test drive and during the trip I realized that the car I was looking for was just not on the lot. Josh didn't push me into continue looking but simply thanked me for stopping in. I did see a vehicle that would be perfect for my in-laws and will definitely be sending them to check out the lot and ask for Josh. More

This is my second vehicle from Nissan and I have loved both of them so far. They are very reliable, do not need much maintenance and they are comfortable and look good. The husband and I where on the search for a used car and found a 2010 Nissan Sentra on there website. Due to some scheduling conflicts i was unable to go with to see the car, Chris the salesman went OUT of found a 2010 Nissan Sentra on there website. The salesperson was fine but the manager was very rude. It was obvious he only cared about making a sale, not keeping a customer. They charged outrageous extra fees for "processing paperwork". I only went through with the sale because my kid was crazy about the car, and I had been looking for something for him for quite some time. It was not a great deal on the car either- in fact, it was priced slightly above book value for a car in "excellent" condition, and this one had minor damage to the exterior and interior. However, they would not even discuss price-I have never had that experience in 30 years of car buying and were quite snotty about it. I would not purchase another vehicle here and would not recommend this dealer to anyone else either. More
I have had my 2006 Pathfinder to this dealership several times and have had nothing but pleasant experances each time. The service writer, Bruce, has always been friendly and helpful. Jon has found me in the lounge when he's been reparing my car a d has spent 5 to 15 minutes with me answering questions and making suggestions on repairs. I have told them that I plan on driving my pathfinder long into my retirement,and with the excellent quality of their work and their willingness to share info with me so I can tackle some repairs myself [I'm a retired mechanic] this will be my one and only Nissan dealership as long as I am able to continue driving! I was a little nervous when it came to appraising my trade in vehicle. I didn't want to get "ripped off" and I definitely had a price in mind. Mark, the used car manager really did his homework on my car and gave me a truly fair price. I was very impressed. Overall, I give this dealership a rate of 5 out of 5. Scott the finance manager was very helpful, and David Larsen, the new car manager, made sure my car buying experience was a smooth and happy process. I especially appreciated that he never presumed that since I'm a women that I'd be more interested in the vanity mirror than the V6 engine. When we returned to pick up my car, I just out of curiosity inquired about the Sentra, and with the help of Darren, Mark and Scott, I drove away a few days later with the brand new Sentra! The team at Coon Rapids Nissan helped me to be able to keep my payments the same, while giving me a fair price on my trade in. Their friendly service and promptness made the deal go so smooth. More
