The salesperson was fine but the manager was very rude. It was obvious he only cared about making a sale, not keeping a customer. They charged outrageous extra fees for "processing paperwork". I only went through with the sale because my kid was crazy about the car, and I had been looking for something for him for quite some time. It was not a great deal on the car either- in fact, it was priced slightly above book value for a car in "excellent" condition, and this one had minor damage to the exterior and interior. However, they would not even discuss price-I have never had that experience in 30 years of car buying and were quite snotty about it. I would not purchase another vehicle here and would not recommend this dealer to anyone else either. More

I have had my 2006 Pathfinder to this dealership several times and have had nothing but pleasant experances each time. The service writer, Bruce, has always been friendly and helpful. Jon has found me in the lounge when he's been reparing my car a d has spent 5 to 15 minutes with me answering questions and making suggestions on repairs. I have told them that I plan on driving my pathfinder long into my retirement,and with the excellent quality of their work and their willingness to share info with me so I can tackle some repairs myself [I'm a retired mechanic] this will be my one and only Nissan dealership as long as I am able to continue driving!
