Excellent Experience After stopping at a couple other dealerships in search of a good used vehicle for my teenager, I landed at Coon Rapids Nissan. I was dreading more of the "used car salesman" experience. I walked in and Rob Hermann greeted me. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. During the test drive of a Nissan Altima, Rob went through the details of the vehicle's features and specifications and it seemed like an excellent fit. At no point did I get the "hard sell", it was more like I was just having a conversation with a buddy. I ended up buying the car for three reasons; Altima's are very well regarded, it was priced very well, and last but not least, I appreciated Rob's professionalism. I would suspect that when I am in the market for my next vehicle, I will start (and end) with Rob at Coon Rapids Nissan. Thank you for a nice experience. More
