I was dreading more of the "used car salesman" experience. I walked in and Rob Hermann greeted me. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. During the test drive of a Nissan Altima, Rob went through the details of the vehicle's features and specifications and it seemed like an excellent fit. At no point did I get the "hard sell", it was more like I was just having a conversation with a buddy. I ended up buying the car for three reasons; Altima's are very well regarded, it was priced very well, and last but not least, I appreciated Rob's professionalism. I would suspect that when I am in the market for my next vehicle, I will start (and end) with Rob at Coon Rapids Nissan. Thank you for a nice experience. More

Going into this process of buying a car I was extremely nervous about doing the right thing. I was going to school at the time and just checking out more reliable cars because the one I had had been passed nervous about doing the right thing. Anyways right away going into the Nissan dealership Josh helped me out so much, first by letting me do some test drives. Also he was very up front about financing and what I would be able to afford, but also was very attentive to my needs as I needed very good gas mileage. All in all he is a family man and very comforting to make sure that not only does he know, but you know that you are making the best choice for yourself in what car you are purchasing. More

I initially contacted Josh to ask some questions about buying a car and he gave me some really helpful information. He also mentioned that his dealership had recently gotten in a Durgano that we might wa buying a car and he gave me some really helpful information. I believe I called him on a Thursday or Friday and we went to check out the Durango on Monday. And then we left inthe Durango on Monday. We had some initial problems getting my boyfriend approved for financing but Josh was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. I would hope to work with someone like Josh every time I buy a car. He was helpful and not pushy and he always kept what we wanted in mind. His main goal was to make sure we were happy. More
