The skinny long haired service agent was very rude… when i entered the service area, i was waiting for an agent so i stayed in the car as every costumer would do. So i notice nobody approached me so i went i entered the service area, i was waiting for an agent so i stayed in the car as every costumer would do. So i notice nobody approached me so i went outside the car and stand hoping for an agent to come and ask me for details, until another car came in and the skinny agent approach her and got some details, so I calmly waited hoping that i would be next until i heared the skinny long haired guy yelling YOU HAVE TO COME TO US IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND LET US KNOW NOT JUST STAND THERE! So I ask myself , wasn’t they be the one to approach the vehicle / driver as what he did to the car next to me as per my experience from the start of my service before ?? Bought our car from this dealer and had it serviced here to so i literally know what im doing More

They sold my wife and I a brand new Frontier with multiple paint defects that were found after paint started to peel. We began the process of warranty work and was told by another Nissan dealership b multiple paint defects that were found after paint started to peel. We began the process of warranty work and was told by another Nissan dealership body shop that it is going to require an entire brand new paint job. These defects were caught after all of the paint protection was added. The dealership refused to buy the vehicle for the full purchase as they sold us a vehicle with defects that should’ve been caught with their PDI. I will not return to the dealership unless they follow their core values of doing the right thing. More
