Have been doing business with them for over five years now and have always been treated well. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have recommended them to several of my friends. Friendly and informative staff. Straight forward (and fair) pricing with no surprise fees or pressure up-sells. This will be my first stop when I look for my next vehicle. We worked with both Walser Nissan Coon Rapids and Walser Subaru St. Paul when searching for and buying our new vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish! They professionally a Subaru St. Paul when searching for and buying our new vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish! They professionally answered all of our many questions and listened well to our needs to help find a great fit for us. The whole process was fast and easy. Walser has very competitive pricing and their warranty is a fantastic option. Thanks Walser and team! More
I impulsively stopped in to test drive a pathfinder and ended up driving it all the way home! Carl made me feel right at home from the beginning and patiently answered all my questions on trade in value ended up driving it all the way home! Carl made me feel right at home from the beginning and patiently answered all my questions on trade in value and financing options. Shawn made the financing end surprisingly painless. He made sure to explain everything to me at my pace. Together, they were able to make sure my new wheels were financed at a great rate and comfortable payments. Thank you so much for all your help-I will absolutely be back when it's time to do it again! More
Salespeople do not understand anything about the vehicles they are selling. All they do is read the window sticker and recite what's printed. Multiple vehicles listed with wrong trim and options. Not sure if they are selling. All they do is read the window sticker and recite what's printed. Multiple vehicles listed with wrong trim and options. Not sure if it's ignorance or malice but there is no way I would ever conduct business with either option. More
I very rarely write reviews but after our recent experience, I must as a warning to others. At this time I do believe it is one bad apple that spoiled it for the rest of the hardworking individuals experience, I must as a warning to others. At this time I do believe it is one bad apple that spoiled it for the rest of the hardworking individuals rather than being systemic within the dealership. At least I hope it is. Our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The situation went south when "sales manager" Rob entered the picture. He was rude, condescending and a liar. His approach is clearly to squeeze every last penny out of the customer in front of him rather than provide a great experience and have the customer feel they got a good deal which could lead to future sales and referrals. He judged us from the outset as "easy marks" who didn't know what we were doing. Silly Rob - may want to watch "Pretty Woman" as people/opportunities aren't always as they seem on the surface. His final attack was to try to bilk us out of more money through a financing scam - again - may want to know your audience. The future Nissans that we will purchase will not be from Walser as long as there is a chance of having to deal with "sales manager" Rob. Finally, Rob overlooked the power of viral marketing as I have hundreds of clients across the metro area and am sharing the experience with many. Again, a great experience with a feeling of getting a good deal while being treated with respect is the way to build a clientele and a better approach for the business longevity. More
