Understaffed, my oil change only took about 40 minutes but it took another 40 minutes to have someone complete the paperwork and hand me my keys so I could pay. There were two people working to check cust but it took another 40 minutes to have someone complete the paperwork and hand me my keys so I could pay. There were two people working to check customers in and out, one didn't even acknowledge me and the other was very rude to me, stating he can only do so much and I would have to wait... that's fine but I don't think it's acceptable to make a customer wait an additional 40 minutes to pay after their service is completed. Complete waste of my time. More
