I had rear brakes recommended and had them done a year ago elsewhere. I went back and they took the tires off and showed me the brakes were fine. I’m wondering if the dealership was guessing? I needed to leave. I never expected it to take so long. Also the car was done and no one knew. I had texted my service person wondering when it would be done without response. I could see her standing and not with a customer. Question if I will go back. More
