I had rear brakes recommended and had them done a year ago elsewhere. I went back and they took the tires off and showed me the brakes were fine. I’m wondering if the dealership was guessing? I needed to leave. I never expected it to take so long. Also the car was done and no one knew. I had texted my service person wondering when it would be done without response. bought a used car $18,900-2 days in and immediately had issues - control panel for heat and other electrical not working - would start working 20-30 minutes into driving-this is MN that can be a long time issues - control panel for heat and other electrical not working - would start working 20-30 minutes into driving-this is MN that can be a long time running cold. I could deal with that- but then had it for total of 2 weeks engine is making noises and check engine light came on. Walser was nice but also basically said unless it is under the powertrain warranty - I am SOL . not really what I expected buying from a dealership that advertise you can be confident buying used cars through. 30 day return is only if nothing is wrong with the car. So if you have issues you are stuck but if you just don't like it you are fine. More
