I purchased a 6 service special when we bought our Honda only to find out that the 6 services weren’t 6 oil changes but 2 oil changes, 2 tire rotation and 2 inspections. NONE of this was explained this way only to find out that the 6 services weren’t 6 oil changes but 2 oil changes, 2 tire rotation and 2 inspections. NONE of this was explained this way and when I called about it the service manager apologized for the miscommunication and hinted that he was hired to fix problems they were having do to past issues. I never would have paid for the oil services if I had known that it was a 2-2-2 ! The way I found out about the whole situation was when I brought the car in for a 3 rd oil change on my service agreement ( which by the way I told them it was a part of the service agreement) I was informed that the policy only covered 2 oil changes, I would have liked to know that before they already did my oil change!!! So I won’t be buying or having service work done with Walser again More
