The skinny long haired service agent was very rude… when i entered the service area, i was waiting for an agent so i stayed in the car as every costumer would do. So i notice nobody approached me so i went i entered the service area, i was waiting for an agent so i stayed in the car as every costumer would do. So i notice nobody approached me so i went outside the car and stand hoping for an agent to come and ask me for details, until another car came in and the skinny agent approach her and got some details, so I calmly waited hoping that i would be next until i heared the skinny long haired guy yelling YOU HAVE TO COME TO US IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND LET US KNOW NOT JUST STAND THERE! So I ask myself , wasn’t they be the one to approach the vehicle / driver as what he did to the car next to me as per my experience from the start of my service before ??
