I requested service on my 06 Maxima for brake clicking noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. Aaron Duntley resolved the problem by removing a small pebble from the brake pad on the left front tire. In noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. In the process he heard a whining sound in the engine and determined that the timing chain was about to break. If that had occurred it would have destroyed the engine. Service advisor Dan Lacroix told me the repair would cost $1,400.00 as the warranty had expired three months earlier. Dan then requested a "good will warranty repair" in my behalf from Nissan management and subsequently received permission to perform the repairs work at no cost to me. Both Dan and Aaron handled this situation with extreme care and professionalism and are to be commended for a job well done. Many thanks to Burnsville Nissan for the excellent customer service! They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I highly recommend this service department above all others. More
I just want to thank John Tower for his personal touch and assistance to what could be considered a nuisance issue while I used the Dealership car wash. After I told John about the problem, he asked me to come un when convenient, so he could take care of me (a 3 consecutive time Nissan customer from Walser Nissan in Burnsville). He took his own personal time to correct the issue, and gave me the personal touch I needed. Thanks John! You are the best, and you display the true meaning of customer service! I purchased a Nissan Murano in 2004 and since then I have visited the service department on a regular basis for oil changes, 30,000 mile services and all mechanical issues. Every one of the gentlemen in the service department have always been efficient, friendly and have taken the time to explain any issues and concerns with my vehicle. Needless to say almost 209,000 miles later when my Murano was ready for a rest this last month there was no question where I would be purchasing my new vehicle from. Because of the great service, the sales department who were so willing to work with me, and of course the quality of the Nissan's I am now the proud owner of another Nissan. More
Had one of those days. Everything was going wrong including my truck stranding me beside the highway. Called Dan. Got me into a rental (complimentary) and even helped me when I couldn't refill the gas according to company policy. I had 2 sick kids and just didn't have time! He understood everything in a glance and got my back in my vehicle in minutes. Best service I have ever had on the worst day I ever had! Made it a little better. What more could you ask for? More

After meeting my sale We were looking at a possible trade-in on our 2004 Ford Focus and stopped at the Walser Nissan Dealership to look at the Rouge. After meeting my salesperson, Jeremey, we knew we were the right place. He took the time to show us other vehicles and explain the pros/cons to leasing or buying. After taking a test dirve in the Rouge we both felt that this was the correct car to purchase and never felt pressured to make a decision. We are very happy with the Rogue and that is due to the Courteous personel and great Customer Service. We have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as we just had at Walser Nisson in Burnsville, MN. More
