We went to look at a used Chrysler van that we saw on-line in their used inventory. The van was OK but we weren't real certain about it. I was very impressed with the no haggle approach. I also really appreciated that the sales person I worked with stayed with me during the whole sale process. There was no hand off to a finance person who k really appreciated that the sales person I worked with stayed with me during the whole sale process. I bought my car from Walser Nissan and had a good experience, so continued taking it here for service. What a mistake. I recently had the absolute worst service experience here. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a phone call from Scott Teebo, the Service Manager, admitting that they completely dropped the ball on my car and almost nothing else could have gone wrong. I guess they still felt fine charging me a few hundred dollars regardless of all of their mistakes. He wanted to me to call him back so he could try to make it right, so I did. He didn't answer, so I left a message, and never received a phone call back. I would have been willing to give them a second chance had they been able to make it right, but that just shows me I'm probably better off not doing so. This is a prime example of why dealership mechanics have such a bad reputation. Extremely disappointing and I will not be returning. More
