My wife and I were looking at a used Honda Pilot. When we first went to check out the vehicle Mike Rosett met us out in the lot. We ended up test driving the vehicle that evening and then came back to test drive it again a couple days later. Mike was very patient both times and allowed us to take our time looking over the vehicle. We never felt pressure to buy the car, he wanted us to find the car that we felt would best fit us. Due to our schedule, we came back to purchase the vehicle and Mike Rosett was unavailable. At this time we were introduced to Mark Knutson. Mark let us look over the car one more time and gave us time to make sure it was the car for us. After we decided that the car was for us and the deal was right, Mark helped us through the buying process. Mark did a wonderful job talking us through the entire process and he even was able to get a couple black scuff marks off the back of our new Honda. My wife and I left Walser Nissan feeling very happy, and excited about our new car due to the exceptional service that Mike and Mark provided for us.
