Normally the service dept. is on the ball, but in this instance, I was really disappointed because I had been waiting for a new door seal(s) for over a year and each time I sto is on the ball, but in this instance, I was really disappointed because I had been waiting for a new door seal(s) for over a year and each time I stopped in, I was told it wasn't in. Then in December of 2023, I decided to stop in again since we were in town and found that they had received the seal(s). Not sure when but I do know I had not been notified. At that time, we scheduled the service, it was done on time and we were aware of the cost. We still have some wind noise but not nearly as bad as it was. For the service, I give them 5 stars, but for the communication this time, not so much. But things have been crazy so 'll give them a pass. They do excellent work and I would recommend them now and in the future. More
