My husband and I were very pleased with our visit to Walser in Burnsville. (We had stopped at another dealership beforehand and weren't impressed with them as they were not as helpful. We wanted to take Walser in Burnsville. (We had stopped at another dealership beforehand and weren't impressed with them as they were not as helpful. We wanted to take a test drive and after their receptionist paged "used car sales" 4 times, around 15 minutes later, someone finally showed up to take us on the test drive. Meanwhile there were several employees walking around not helping customers. This really felt like they didn't care if we bought a car or not and our experience was not positive.) However at Walser we were offered assistance very quickly, but not in a pushy, trying-to-make-a-sale way. The sales manager, John, took us on the test drive so we wouldn't have to wait too long for someone to take us (it was a busy day and they were all out on test drives). He was informative and helpful and then when we decided to purchase, we were introduced to Mark to process the sale, who was also very helpful. When we buy a car, as I'm sure most consumers would agree, we want to feel great about the purchase, that we're getting a fair price, the car's in excellent shape, and we're not being pushed into anything. This is why I'm rating our experience so highly. The no hassle sales approach that you have is a definite advantage. By the way, no one put me up to this. We were just very impressed with our experience and I know, from years of working in sales and customer service, that customers tend to only tell you about negative experiences, but rarely take the time to say they had a great experience so...Thank you!
