Told me to replace the wrong thing and what I needed to replace broke 2 weeks later and I also told him to go ahead and replace battery but they just cleaned it and put a new positive end on battery on its replace broke 2 weeks later and I also told him to go ahead and replace battery but they just cleaned it and put a new positive end on battery on its last life (it xxxx the bed 2 weeks later and I missed 2 very important medical apts) so I then had to buy a whole new battery at your wayzata shop with no discount for your service reps incompetence. He said I need a new battery and I said go ahead and replace it. I have been going to you guys for 8 years and this is as bad of service I have ever had and I would love for you guys to make this right so I still feel comfortable trusting your business More
