Pastor Norton, we sincerely apologize that you had to purchase a new battery for your car. All pre-owned vehicles go through an inspection before it is put on lot for sale. At the time of the inspection the battery passed that test. Unfortunately it ran out of power after the purchase, we have no way of knowing when a battery will fail. We appreciate your kind comments and understand your frustration.
