I could give them five stars but their sales staff does not deserve it. I have been a customer for 28 years and they still low ball me on my vehicle trade in after the car has been serviced, according to not deserve it. I scheduled an appointment via their automated system. When I arrived, I had to give the Service Rep my list of things I needed checked. I was charged $220.40 for items that should have only taken one hou When I arrived, I had to give the Service Rep my list of things I needed checked. I was charged $220.40 for items that should have only taken one hour to do. The only action item they did was tighten the oil filter. I was charged $95 for that. The other task was to check the squeaking noise and I was charged $95 for that along with their recommendations. I was also charged $30.40 for Shop Supplies! What supplies? All they did was tighten the oil filter and look at everything else to write up an estimate of those things that needed to be fixed. I feel this was way too much money to pay for the mechanics time. I am seriously considering posting this review online. I do not hold Andrew responsible for the high charges and length of time it took to work on my car. I blame the mechanics that milked the time to make money. More
The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and listened. However, the sales manager was a complete opposite. He was to the point to where he was wanting us to be guilty and almost berate us for not taking any extended warranty. We were almost at the point of, you know what maybe we shouldn’t buy a car from Walser. The sales manager eventually stopped and walked away dumbfounded. It was on the verge of embarrassing from a sales perspective. If it wasn’t for the fact that they had the vehicle we wanted, we would have left. We felt sorry for the salesperson. He seemed embarrassed to be there. We understand they have a job to do, but the old adage, no means no. Get over it and move on, you have the sale. This is a buyer beware establishment!
