We recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Walser Nissan. Our first impression was great—our salesperson was newer, but very personable, easy to talk to, and even joked around with us, which made the process Our first impression was great—our salesperson was newer, but very personable, easy to talk to, and even joked around with us, which made the process enjoyable. Unfortunately, things changed once we declined the additional service and protection add-ons. We said no several times in a polite way, but it wasn’t acknowledged until we had to firmly state “we said no.” After that, the tone shifted dramatically. The friendly, engaging demeanor turned into someone who was short and distant, as though we were a problem because we weren’t adding on extras. We were clear about our budget, and the add-ons would have put us nearly $300/month outside of what we wanted. Instead of understanding, we spent an extra two hours sitting through repeated pitches and even a service center tour that turned into yet another sales push. In the end, what should have been an exciting moment took 5.5 hours before we finally walked out with our new vehicle. While we are happy with the vehicle itself, the high-pressure sales tactics, lack of respect for our “no,” and the way we were treated after declining extras left a lasting negative impression. More

My brand new Nissan had BALD tires after 20,000 miles. The manager said that he's not surprised that some tires don't last 15,000miles. Save your money. They are CROOKS!!!!! The interactions I have had with your personnel have mostly been positive. Is why a brand new car apparently came from the factory with a nonfunctioning widow motor (it would not roll down) and insufficient oil (so the oil light went on). The salesman told me to contact him if I had any questions or problems, but on two separate days I left messages for him but he never returned my calls. More

After more than a month, I’m still missing my 2011 Murano. I’m still needing to investigate how to cancel automated seat adjustments. Since at least 3 salesman and service were unfamiliar in how to address my issue. Apparently someone discovered how to cancel the seat issue through profile (which I wish the salesperson had explained its purpose and what it affected. I don’t think he knew.). Bottom line, while the car is driving well, I’m consumed with the helpful features that are included. I do feel like I’m on my own to figure it out. I do still recommend Nissan, but I would encourage people to buy with caution. More
