Had a pretty good experience, thought the pricing on the leases could have been a bit more clear though. I felt great, they explained everything to me. Everything was fine; they were patient and made me feel like family. Thank you. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas! Everything was fine; they were patient and made me feel like family. Thank you. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas! More

The new Pathfinder is great. The sale procedure went well but when we arrived at the documentation it wears a complete mess. I opted to do as much of the sale as possible remotely as i live out of the area and i wanted to be as efficient as possible. I was told i could finish up in under an hour. Well that is not how it went. While signing the documents I noticed the VIN was for another vehicle not the one i had chosen. Now all the documents had to be re-written. Needless to say we went way over the hour I was promised. After I departed I received a frantic call saying they were sending another sales contract as they had messed up the numbers. It would have benefited me to not sign but I’m an honest guy. I took delivery at dusk and the vehicle looked OK until the morning light. The windows were all smudged and the wheels were very dirty. The dealership had 3 days to get this sale and vehicle in order and in the end it seems like everything was a rush job. More

We purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder on October 18, 2025. The salesman named Josh Hernandez we worked with was excellent. He even acknowledged the vehicle was way out of alignment and got it approved 2025. The salesman named Josh Hernandez we worked with was excellent. He even acknowledged the vehicle was way out of alignment and got it approved to be fixed a week later. However, he moved on to a different department and we were left dealing with the sales manager (Jim? Joe?). We've had several more issues with the vehicle since purchase and the sales manager was not very helpful. Issues that should have been addressed before they put the vehicle on the lot for sale. He approved one small item to be fixed (stripped lugnets that Sams Club tire shop informed me about) but would not approve a broken 4x4 switch which I was told before even coming down to the dealership that the entire transmission was in working order. We can't put the vehicle into Lock mode. He would not approve broken lighting on the interior. And most disappointing the alternator failed on December 9th, less than two months (1000 miles) since purchase. The guy was pretty short with me on the phone yesterday and refused to help with the cost to replace it. I paid three diagnostic fees ($348) at their service shop today and took the vehicle to a mechanic friend to do the repairs. I told the sales manager I won't be back to purchase any more vehicles. He didn't seem to care. So much for an excellent exciting purchase my wife and I had with Josh to now having to deal with a manager who didn't seem to care at all about us. My advice to a buyer is to spend several hours going over every detail of the vehicle. Don't assume everything is in working order. We learned the hard way. More
