Little hard to schedule appointment. But good customer service. Wanted to have tpms put in snows, had to order parts from Hyundai online due to no one had them. Then you where a little over priced for having them installed, $400+s. Will be taking to tire shop where they said they could do them for around $80 total. I was a Mechanic for over 30 yrs so I do know what it takes to do the installs. Otherwise very happy. More

SERVICE WRITER MOST PLEASANT, HAD BOTH HEAD LAMPS REPLACED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY ON THE SERVICE I HAD ON 2/18/22 SOMEONE WAS TO GET BACK TO ME. HAD THE OILD CHANGED AND NEW WIPER BLADES REPLACED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY ON THE SERVICE I HAD ON 2/18/22 SOMEONE WAS TO GET BACK TO ME. HAD THE OILD CHANGED AND NEW WIPER BLADES AND WHEN DONE i WAS TOLD THE SKID PLATE WAS MISSING. YOU FOLKS HAVE EEN THE ONLY SERVICE TECH WHO HAVE WORKED ON THIS CAR FOR AWHILE NOW AND IT WAS NEVER MISSING BEFORE. THE APPT BEFORE WAS TO REPLACE OIL PAN GASKET, TECH HAD SOME DIFFICULTY WITH IT AND IT WAS LATE WHNE HE FINALLY GOT IT DONE AND i AM THINKING IT SIMPLY DID NOT GET PUT BACK ON. I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE TO PAY $200 PLUS LABOR FOR A NEW ONE. I MAY BE 74 YEARS OLD BUT AM STILL EMPLOYEED FULL TIME BE AAA MINNEAPOLIS IN THE ROAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE LAST 47 YEARS.
