If you need work done that is warrantied, then yes, you want to use them. If not, well, best to find someone who listens well. We made the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and to c want to use them. If not, well, best to find someone who listens well. We made the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and to check out an issue with the transmission. I was told I could wait for the car. Then I was told they had a recall on the car, too, so that was included. But they couldn't do it all in one day. Well, I needed my car the next day, so I had to come back for the work to be finished. When I brought it back, I was told the tie rod ends were what was making the thunking noise - not the transmission. Fixing those would solve the issue. Not so. It's still going on. I guess we have to break it bigger and better before it can be diagnosed. More
