We were so excited when we bought our new truck. Little did we know that when we bought it the alignment was off. The service manager let us know that he knew it wasn't worked on yet. Why would you sell a vehicle that still had work to be done. The service manager let us know that he would take care of it and had us schedule an appointment to bring the truck in to get fixed. We brought it in, what a nightmare!!! The service team didn't even start working on it right away because they were concerned about who would pay for it. Then when they did they told us they didn't even have the right tools to work on a truck that big. We had to bring it to a third party, pay out of pocket with a promise that we would get paid back. We have yet to see the money. Your company also sold us an extended warranty. I am wondering how you will be able to follow through with that warranty if you dont even have the tools to work on it. Overall I will never buy a vehicle from here again or recommend someone coming here. We love our truck but this experience has been the worst buying experience we have ever had!! More
