The service tech I worked with was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first time. My car was supposed to be in the dealership for 1-2 hours, after I was sent home in an Uber, I was updated that my car would go to a different dealership for repairs. But what truly annoyed with my service is that when my car was finished I was expected to pay $200 deductible meaning that my warranty was practically useless. I understand that it was outsourced to a different dealership, but if I was expected to pay, you would think that the employees there would give you a heads up at a misleading “warranty”. More
