The unfortunate part about this dealership is it’s hard to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the r to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the rear of the vehicle needs to be empty for oil changes. I could’ve had that done had someone let me know. The service goes fairly quickly which is good. I’ve only waited at most 1.5 hours the last few times. I appreciate the videos the technician takes and transparency of the dealership. More

Justin was kind, courteous, and prompt. I appreciate that he took the time to explain timing on my upcoming warranty expiration. While he was great, I was not very thrilled with the lady who scheduled my service. She incorrectly told me that my entire car had to be completely emptied of personal items to perform this recall. And speaking with a friend who had already had this service through another dealer., I found out that this was absolutely not true. I called back speaking to a different scheduler, and was told that only certain areas of my car needed to be cleaned out. In my opinion, this original scheduler needs to have a coach back. Asking a customer to empty out their car completely of personal items, in order to perform a recall, is simply asking the customer to perform unnecessary work, simply because that scheduler didn't have sufficient knowledge of what actually needed to be discussed. More
