After bad experiences at Bloomfield Honda I decided to give Walser Honda a try. The difference was night and day. The service staff was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. At Bloomington Honda the estimate for the repair was one to two days....and, because of the amount of time I requested a loaner which they agreed to provide when I made my appointment. But, when I arrived I was told they had no loaner for me but they would call Enterprise Rental to pick me up. I left and will never use anyone but Walser Honda again. More

I bought a car, and it was delivered to me in poor condition, dirty, and with damaged headlights. When I took it in for its first oil change and maintenance, after three months, a very scruffy-looking condition, dirty, and with damaged headlights. I felt discriminated. They also told me the vehicle was in critical condition. I paid cash for the car and didn't get even a free car wash. I feel scammed. More

Service was good. It took 1 year and at 4months to get in for my recall. My name has been on a list to have the part replaced.
